We roast in frequent small batches to ensure your coffee is at peak quality when it ships. Our roasting schedule is guided by customer demand, not warehouse inventory, so your coffee is never sitting around waiting to be sold. Because of this, orders will take 1 to 5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship. Once shipped, it can take an additional 1 to 5 business days depending on your location via standard ground shipping by USPS.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to the address you used when placing your order. Please check your promotions and spam folders, as our emails can sometimes end up there. If they do, drag them into your primary folder so your inbox knows these are important to you.

Sometimes issues arise beyond our control, such as carrier mistakes, package theft, or items lost in the mail. We know how frustrating this can be and we want to help. You have the flexibility to decide the best course of action, whether that is filing a claim with the carrier or replacing the order. If you choose to replace the order, you cover the shipping and we will cover the coffee cost up to $25.00. Just place a new order, email us the details and the new order number at hello@mightymorningcoffee.com and we will refund the coffee cost and get your replacement shipped quickly.

At this time, Mighty Morning Coffee only ships within the United States. Our longships haven't quite conquered international waters yet, but we are working toward expanding in the future. We appreciate all the support from fellow coffee-loving warriors around the world and hope to bring Mighty Morning Coffee to more lands soon.

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us immediately after placing it so we can attempt to flag your request before our team ships it out. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order, we will do our best. Please send your request to hello@mightymorningcoffee.com as quickly as possible.

Absolutely. Although mistakes are rare, we are human and can slip up from time to time. If we do, we take full responsibility and will either issue a full refund or ship a replacement completely free of charge. Just reach out to us at hello@mightymorningcoffee.com and we will make it right.

Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns after they have left our facility. That said, we want every member of the Mighty Morning Coffee community to enjoy their brew. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or there was an issue with fulfillment, reach out to us at hello@mightymorningcoffee.com and we will make it right. And if you accidentally chose the wrong roast or grind, contact us anyway. We will do our best to help you find the perfect coffee for your next legendary morning.

If you are new to coffee, we recommend starting with a medium roast. It offers a smooth, balanced flavor with enough richness and boldness to enjoy without being overly intense or bitter. Our Colombia (Baldr's First Light) and Guatemala (What the Frigg) medium roasts are both excellent starting points. Flavorful enough for seasoned coffee drinkers, but smooth enough for newcomers ready to awaken their inner warrior.
